Huh. The guys on the morning show today seemed more optimistic. I thought it was a little soon. Bouma would make more sense.

Funny how playing 1 goalie for a majority of the games builds confidence! Chad looks like the real deal! 3 shut outs already, could be the best signing of the off season!
Coming home has been great for him.

He didn't play. Hamilton and Hathaway were back in--paid off they got the goal 19 seconds into the game, Hamilton was a big part of it.

Mangiapane is tied for the team lead in scoring with Vey, 13 points in 15 games, Klimchuk, Janko and Fat Ras have 12 points, Poirier, Pribyl with 11.

Gillies has been a bit of a sieve so far, Rittich has played well in his 3 games by the looks of things...

Poirier scored his 3rd and 4th goals of the season last game. Andersson with primary assists on both goals.

Klim is still just below a point per game. Vey has been hot since going back to Stockton.

Gillies is due for a hot streak. Rittich destroyed for the week and a half Gillies had a jammed thumb on his glove side.

Hunter Smith is having a rough season. 0g 2a in 10 games.

I think Gillies' poor numbers were inflated in a couple of run & gun style games. Other than that he has been pretty good for them.
